ekbd Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ekbd platform, including the website located at ekbd.org, all associated mobile interfaces, and any services, games, betting products, or content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and ekbd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account if one has been opened.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Understanding them will help you interpret your rights and obligations under this agreement accurately.

Access to and use of the ekbd Service is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. ekbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ekbd strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being), not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of ekbd, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from ekbd or any other gambling service under a self-exclusion arrangement that is currently active.

ekbd may conduct age and identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at its discretion. You are required to cooperate fully with these checks and to provide accurate, current, and complete documentation when requested. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

To access the full range of ekbd services, you must register a single personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses.

Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your account. ekbd is entitled to treat the contact details, mobile number, and personal data you provide as accurate. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account promptly.

• Registration details must belong to you personally — do not register using another person's identity, name, or contact information.
• Your registered mobile number must be a valid number in your possession and control at the time of registration.
• Providing false date of birth or misrepresenting your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• ekbd may require you to submit government-issued identification documents to verify the information provided at registration.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. ekbd will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact the ekbd support team immediately. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate steps to secure your account.

Deposits

ekbd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka ৳ only. All transactions are processed through the supported mobile wallet services. The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the platform:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within your account dashboard.
• ekbd reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit where it has reason to believe the transaction involves fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegitimate funds.

Withdrawals

Winnings and Real Money Balance may be withdrawn subject to the conditions set out below. ekbd is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ekbd account holder.
• KYC verification must be satisfactorily completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This requirement cannot be waived.
• Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only Real Money Balance resulting from the completion of applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• ekbd reserves the right to request additional documentation to support a withdrawal request in accordance with its fraud prevention and KYC obligations.

ekbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, or other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out here. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that offer only.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be specified in the relevant offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is applied to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account. Players who have previously claimed a welcome bonus on ekbd are not eligible to claim it again under any circumstance, including after account closure and re-registration.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash outside of the wagering process, or exchanged for any other form of value.
• ekbd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not affect a bonus already in active use by a player who has commenced satisfying its wagering requirements.

ekbd actively monitors bonus activity to detect abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering designed to reduce risk below acceptable thresholds, and the use of automated tools or bots. Where bonus abuse is identified, ekbd may confiscate the bonus and any associated winnings and may permanently close the account involved.

All betting and gaming activity on ekbd is governed by the rules applicable to the specific product being used — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, or card games. The following general principles apply across all product categories and supplement the product-specific rules available within each game or betting interface.

Accepted Bets and Wagers

A bet or wager is not accepted until it is confirmed by the platform and a confirmation reference is issued to your account. In the event of a technical error, network interruption, or system failure that prevents confirmation from being generated, the bet shall be treated as void and any staked amount will be returned to your Real Money Balance.

• ekbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual bets and to cumulative winnings within a specified period. Applicable limits will be displayed within the relevant product interface.
• All game outcomes on ekbd are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. ekbd does not manipulate game outcomes. Third-party audits of RNG systems are conducted periodically to ensure integrity.

Disputes on Settled Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with the ekbd support team within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. ekbd's determination on settled game outcomes is final, subject only to demonstrable technical error.

ekbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered users and their use is strongly encouraged. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic are urged to use these tools immediately and to contact our support team.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your ekbd account.
• Session reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play to prompt you to take a break.
• Time-out: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your ekbd account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

ekbd does not market its services to individuals who have self-excluded, and we take commercially reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded individuals from opening new accounts on the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ekbd platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and notification to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Opening or operating more than one account on ekbd, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, betting market, or platform feature in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward ekbd staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

All content available on the ekbd platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the property of ekbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No User is granted any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of ekbd.

The ekbd brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are the exclusive property of ekbd. Unauthorised use of ekbd's trade marks in connection with any goods, services, or platform of any kind — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ekbd excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, network failures, or interruptions to the Service beyond ekbd's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, even where ekbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ekbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. ekbd's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ekbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ekbd will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure.

ekbd may suspend or terminate your account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where continued provision of the Service to you would expose ekbd to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any amounts that may be withheld due to a breach of these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification process.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall in the first instance be referred to the ekbd support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of referral, either party may seek resolution through such further channels as may be available and appropriate under applicable law. The parties agree that the courts of Bangladesh shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute arising out of these Terms.
